Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
In stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Creatress Touch, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Creatress Touch, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged in the shipping process, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on quality and all products are quality checked before shipping; however, if you receive your order in a defective condition your choice of a full refund or store credit will be applied.
If you need a different size of a non-customized product please email us and we will check our inventory to fulfill your updated order once the unneeded size is returned. If a replacement product is not available you may receive store credit for a future purchase.
In the event that you are simply not satisfied with your product, email us to request a Return Approval Request. Your request will be reviewed for return approval. If approved, your return must be received within 14 days in re-sellable condition for your return payment to be processed.
